Basic Configuration:

Email = [name]@[YourDomain].com (or domain alias)
Pass = xxxxxxx
Mail Servers (In/Out) = mail.[YourDomain].com
Note: DLS providers such as Earthlink, force the use of THEIR outbound server (ie outgoing.earthlink.net, or such), check in your area if any trouble.

MS Outlook has a wizard that with the above settings, should be able to retrieve your email just fine. Other programs vary.

E-mail by Browser:

Also, you may use a browser and retrieve your email from anywhere by visiting www.Pixelgate.net .
At the bottom of that page, you will see a mini-form to enter your email address... submit that and on the next page enter your password. You then arrive at a browser email interface that shows all your mail and allows you to send mail as well.

Note re: E-mail Forwarding:

Regarding fwding email, we have been running into problems amongst various bigger ISP's such as Earthlink, AOL, Yahoo and others, where if we simply fwd all email to your account at that big provider, though it's easier for us and for you, we run the very high and dangerous risk of having the Endless Graphics hosting blacklisted or shut down for SPAM offenders using yours and other domain names hosted on our Endless Graphics servers. Sad but true.

So instead, we configure them as a stand-alone mailbox, that you can pu your email from using Outlook or other programs, or even a web browser.
