Email Configuration:

(for use with Outlook or other local programs.)

Once email box(es) are set up, the basic email configuration is this:
Email = info@YourDomain.com
User = info@YourDomain.com
Pass = (provided you separately)
Mail Servers (In/Out) = mail.YourDomain.com
Note: DLS providers such as Earthlink, force the use of THEIR outbound server (ie outgoing.earthlink.net, or such), check in your area if any trouble.

E-mail By Browser:

You may use a browser and retrieve your email from anywhere by visiting

www.YourDomain.com/webmail

Enter your email address and password. Use the MAILBOX or other links available to retrieve or send email.

Email Control Panel

Go to www.YourDomain.com/admin
Click on EMAIL CONTROL PANEL
Login with:
User = info@YourDomain.com
Pass = (provided you separately)

Select HOME (upper left side)
Select MAIL under SERVICES
Click any of the email accounts to access further Configuration Options.
Note: Please use caution in this Domain/Email Control Panel, and modify only what you are certain of.

Website Administration Control Panel:

To use the Content Manager System, E-Commerce or EMarketer Control Panels, login at

www.YourDomain.com/tools/

There you will find utilities allowing you
to make edits to your website pages, photos, and e-commerce products, depending on what website package you purchased.

Content Manager System ("CMS") - Website Pages

To use the Content Manager System, login at

www.YourDomain.com/tools/

Select CONTENT MANAGER
Select Manage Website
Click the yellow FOLDER icon to open the tree and reveal subpages within.
Click the V menu icon to use the Form Editor.
Fill in or modify data in each field to edit Page info.

Please DO NOT delete pages linked by the main website menu.

The editiable areas of these website pages include:
- the TITLE above,
- BODYTEXT herein,
- and main IMAGE within the body area.

E-Commerce Manager (Cart) - Products - Shopping Manager

To use the E-Commerce Manager, login at

www.YourDomain.com/tools/

Select SHOPPING MANAGER.
Select Products, Cart and Checkout.
Click the yellow FOLDER icon to open the tree and reveal products within categories.
Click the V menu icon to use the Form Editor.
Fill in or modify data in each field to edit Page info.
Use the PRICING Tab to modify price, weight, and other information.

EMarketer Manager (Email) - Contacts

To use the EMarketer Manager, login at

www.YourDomain.com/tools/

Select EMARKETER MANAGER.

Select CONTACTS.
Click the V menu icon to use the Form Editor.
Fill in or modify data in each field to edit Contact info.

Select ADD EMAIL to make and send new email to your Lists.
Click the V menu icon to use the Form Editor.
Fill in or modify data in each field to edit Email info.
Click SEND MAILING NOW to send.

Web Statistics

Go to www.YourDomain.com/admin
Click on WEB STATISTICS
Login with the username and passwd provided to you.
Here you may review the traffic to your website and monitor number of hits, etc.
