Custom work:
Pricing of graphic design and web development varies according to several factors that influence the price of any given project. Amongst many they include quality, size and quantity, intensity of detail, complexity of structure, programming costs, any needed hired help and/or consultation, target public, higher or lower client profile, deadline and rush charges, travel and other expenses, and more. It depends on an analysis of Requirements done at the outset.

What do I get with that?

Each project has features determined at the outset.

Please see a full description of Packages and features at our Packages page...

How long does it take?

Allow approx. 2-4 weeks for most projects, however it does depend on Requirements, and the time estimate for your project will be stated in the project Contract.

This estimate is presuming and provided that the domain is registered and pointed to our servers, and that we have all Content Materials we need to move forward in hand such as page text, logo and images, etc., as realistically Content is the most time-consuming phase of almost all projects.

I’m very busy. Can you guys just do it for me?

Almost. However, especially the Requirements interview and gathering the Content Materials steps are very important and cannot be done without sufficient cooperation from the client. Even if we are hired to write the Content, typically the gathering of raw Content Materials from which we write, is the most time-consuming phase of almost all projects.

What exactly is a "Custom" Website anyway?

Custom means a unique design, created specially for an individual client. Client gives his various influences as to how he would like it to look and run, and we design and develop it that way. Layout, colors, page choices, etc., etc. are done according to the client’s stated desires and requirements.

It also means there is some allowance for some back and forth to get it more how he envisioned it, should we come close, but needing some corrections. Limits apply.

It does not mean every page is a new and unique design, as projects include one uniform design (“standardized” motif) thru which content from various pages are displayed. Thus the homepage is “similar” in look and feel to the About page, the Contact, page, etc.

This approach keeps consistency in your marketing identity, and of course saves money. This approach also allows YOU to make edits to page content and not have to know HTML coding---the content is run thru a database (the Content Mgr), then displayed thru the pre-designed Template.

Updating Content - Can I make changes to my own pages?

Yes. Most projects include a Content Manager System (CMS) Control Panel, which allows you to change the TITLE, BODY TEXT, and main IMAGE on each page, even add and delete pages, depending on the website structure.

Further, the Shopping Manager Control Panel allow you to make changes to PRODUCTS in your Store.

Other Changes - Can I make changes to other areas such as menu or banner, etc.?

Generally, although the Content Manager System (CMS) Control Panel allows you to change the TITLE, BODY TEXT, and main IMAGE on each page, etc., the designed-in elements such as logo, menu, banner, footer, etc., would need to be modified by a designer, and subject to hourly fees.

Can we work up something for now, then make changes to it later?

Yes. Using the Content Mgr above, many changes are possible and made easy. However, more major changes in design and structure later (after planning) are subject to fees.

To save you money, and to be most efficient in our efforts, every Endless Graphics project follows our established guidelines and standard evolutionary procedures. Generally this includes Preps, Content gathering, Planning, Design, and Deployment, depending on the particular project. Thus you can see, changes later force us to go back to Content and Planning, and causes double work.

If your project requires us to develop in 2 or more phases, then that’s ok, and we would charge accordingly and plan for these phases at the outset of the overall project.

What about getting listed on Search Engines?

All our websites are constructed "Search Engine Friendly" and Optimized with current Search rules and technical tips to aid in higher listings. You can (using the Content Mgr above) will be able to add and change Keywords, Descriptions, and Titles, on a page-by-page basis, that will be placed in the META TAGS of your pages, which further helps in Search Engine placement.

However you place your own text in your pages, which if rich in Keywords, would further aid in higher listings on the Search Engines.

Please know that we make no guaranty, however, and Internet Marketing is an involved subject, and we offer Consultation on Search Engine Optimization and Internet Marketing.

Can I move my website elsewhere later?

For a small fee, we can offer the website without its programming. However, both the page code structure and the Content Mgr programming are proprietary, and cannot be moved from our servers.

Reliability - Does the Server ever go down, or E-mail become unavailable?

Almost never. In the years we have been in business, we have experienced less than a few minutes total combined downtime, excluding of course various issues not related to global servers, such as domain name expiration, wrong e-mail configuration in the client's program, etc.

Can I send you a check? What about the monthly Hosting payments?

Yes, for initial deposits. You may send a check for the initial setup fee and first month's hosting fee, and when received we will commence the project. You may even pay the Hosting a year in advance by check, and receive a discount off the total.

However, for the regular monthly Hosting we only accept PayPal Subscription, or Pre-Authorized credit card debit via PayPal's Recurring Payments.

Payment Arrangement – How do we start/finish?

Packages:
Our Packages are structured with affordable low one-time Deposit amount, and then low affordable continuous monthly fees.

Custom work:
All our custom projects are done in Pre-Paid phases.
Typically 50% to start the Design phase, and with designs approved, another 50% to start the Deployment phase that includes the remaining construction, programming, and final deployment.

What if I'm not completely satisfied?

Every effort is made to achieve full client satisfaction, however all deposits and payments are non-refundable.

With a low-cost Package (deposit and monthly), what if I want to cancel my account after just the first couple months?

No problem. However, it would be subject to Early Termination Fees according to your particular project, as stated in your Contract.

Are there other hidden Terms and Conditions I should know about?

All our Terms and Conditions are clearly stated and publicly posted on our website. Please take a few moments to review these before commencing your project.
